Start with the next meet and readiness
The next-meet panel and setup checklist surface work that can block meet day before optional analytics.
Quick steps
- 1Use Home for the next meet, readiness warnings, setup checklist, season milestones, and recent results.
- 2Use Practice to schedule sessions, build plans, assign athletes, and review film.
- 3Use Meets to create, find, prepare, run, and review competitions.
- 4Use Team to add divers, edit profiles, re-scan a roster, and manage team settings.
- 5Use Search for a known person, meet, or destination and Jack for conversational help or supported actions.
- 6Use the team switcher and profile control in the upper-right for organization and account settings.
What deserves attention first
Start with the next-meet card. It shows the date, venue, events, dive-list state, and judge readiness. Resolve warnings there before exploring season analytics or optional tools.
The setup checklist
New coach workspaces track the essential sequence: create the team, add divers, create the first meet, prepare dive lists, and run a practice meet. Completed items stay visible until the checklist is dismissed.
Global tools
Search helps you jump to known records. Jack can answer RipScore and diving questions and can perform supported actions after showing a confirmation card. Always review a write-action card before confirming it.
What this guide intentionally skips
Recruiting and advanced experimental tools are not part of the core coach path yet. A new coach can successfully operate a season by learning Home, Practice, Meets, Team, Search, and Jack first.
Jack summary
The coach dashboard centers the next meet, setup checklist, readiness warnings, season arc, recent results, and shortcuts to Practice, Meets, and Team. Search and Jack are global tools, while the team and profile controls live in the upper-right corner.
