Schedule when and who
A schedule defines timing and athletes. The practice plan defines the work they will complete.
Quick steps
- 1Open Practice and choose Schedule practice.
- 2Set the date, optional time, and whether the practice repeats weekly.
- 3Choose the entire team or selected athletes, then save the schedule.
- 4Open Plans and choose New Plan to build the practice content.
- 5Assign the plan, or duplicate and save it as a template for reuse.
- 6Use Progress and Log to review completed work; use Film Sessions when the practice is recorded.
- 7For a scoring rehearsal, open Meets and choose Practice Meet instead of creating a scheduled team practice.
Schedule versus plan
A schedule answers when and who. A practice plan answers what the athletes should do. You can schedule an open practice first and attach or assign more detailed work later.
Reusable plans
Plans can be edited, assigned, duplicated, saved as templates, or deleted. Duplicate an existing plan when the structure is right but today’s assignments or volumes need to change.
Practice film
Film Sessions keep captured practice media and review activity together. Use the camera or film-session workflow when you want clips, athlete review, notes, or later reel creation.
Practice meet
A practice meet is the safest way to rehearse judge links, live scoring, the director console, and advancement without affecting a real competition. Use it before the first home meet or after a major meet-day workflow change.
Jack summary
Use the Practice workspace to schedule a date and optional time for the whole team or selected athletes, build and assign reusable plans, and review progress or film. Use Meets > Practice Meet when you want a live-scoring rehearsal rather than a normal training plan.
