Sign in without creating a duplicate account
Use the same sign-in method you used when your account was created. Provider buttons appear only when enabled.
Quick steps
- 1Open the invitation you received or go to the RipScore sign-in page.
- 2Use email and password, Google, or another social option shown for your organization.
- 3If you are new, choose the role that matches how you will use RipScore.
- 4Complete the role-specific onboarding questions and review imported information before saving.
- 5Confirm that you land in the expected dashboard or token-based meet page.
- 6Use Forgot password? from the sign-in screen if your password is not working.
Returning users
Use the same sign-in method you used when the account was created. Email-and-password accounts can request a reset from the login screen. Social sign-in buttons appear only when that provider is enabled for the RipScore environment, so it is normal for one organization to show Google while another also shows Microsoft or Apple.
First-time users
RipScore is currently invitation-led. Follow the invitation or onboarding link, establish your account, and choose Coach, Diver, Judge, or Spectator. Coaches have the longest setup because RipScore can identify their school, build a team, scan a roster, and find scheduled meets.
If onboarding is interrupted
Sign in again with the same account and return to onboarding. Review every detected school, coach, diver, and meet before saving; imported information is a starting point, not an authoritative roster. If the account says it is already configured, continue to the dashboard instead of creating a duplicate account.
- Check spam or junk folders when email confirmation is required.
- Do not create a second account just because a reset or confirmation message is delayed.
- Ask the inviting coach or meet director for a fresh role-specific link when a token has expired.
Jack summary
Returning users sign in with email and password or an available social provider. First-time users follow their invitation into onboarding, choose a role, complete only the information needed for that role, and then land in the appropriate RipScore workspace.
