Start with authoritative logistics
Confirm hosting, date, time, and venue before building the event program.
Quick steps
- 1Open Meets, choose New Meet, and confirm whether your team is hosting.
- 2Choose Dual Meet, Practice Meet, or Other so RipScore can use the right setup flow.
- 3Confirm the meet name, date, start time, venue, and home team.
- 4Search for the opponent and verify the school, location, division, and branding before selecting it.
- 5Create the event list, including gender, board height, and number of dives.
- 6Assign divers, review the timeline, and make sure every event is included.
- 7Save the meet, then resolve readiness items before sending links or starting scoring.
Before you start
Have the opponent name, meet start time, expected event list, and approximate order of sessions ready. RipScore can help find school and roster information, but the meet director should verify the exact institution before selecting it.
- Use full school names and confirm city, state, division, logo, and colors when names are similar.
- Confirm whether the meet is college, high school, club, or exhibition format.
- Decide whether events run separately or as combined sessions.
