Give the visiting coach one private workspace
The host reviews the school and coach, then sends one workspace instead of coordinating sheets in several channels.
Quick steps
- 1Open Meet Ops, choose Invite / prep away team, and select the visiting school.
- 2Review any roster preview, then confirm the visiting coach name and email.
- 3Send the private team workspace to the coach.
- 4The coach verifies divers and events, then prepares sheets or sends personal sheet links.
- 5Watch collection readiness without exposing private diver email addresses.
- 6Review and import submitted sheets; approve the resulting meet lists before starting the event.
One scoped team workspace
The workspace is tied to one meet and one opponent. It can import known registered competitors, but it never copies private athlete email addresses; the visiting coach supplies those only when an individual link should be sent.
Personal sheets, optional email
A coach can open a diver sheet beside the athlete without entering an email, or enter an address and send that diver a single-use personal link. Submitted identity and event assignments lock to protect the collected sheet.
Collection is not meet import
Collection-ready means the visiting team finished its handoff. A host must still review and import those sheets, and then approve the canonical dive lists before the event is ready to start. Existing meet lists are never overwritten.
Jack summary
The host creates one private workspace for the visiting coach. The coach verifies the roster and events, prepares sheets directly or emails individual links, and the host reviews collected sheets before importing them into the meet.
