Pause first, then recover the live state
Pause advancement, verify the current diver and dive, reconnect the missing judge, and resume only after all required seats are ready.
Quick steps
- 1Pause before advancing the meet.
- 2Confirm the active session, event, round, and diver.
- 3Check judge readiness and reconnect any missing devices.
- 4Verify whether the score was submitted or is still pending.
- 5Correct the active diver or judging panel before finalizing.
- 6Reload spectator or display pages only after the director state is correct.
Judge score missing
First determine whether the judge device is connected. If connected, ask the judge to submit again only when the interface still shows the score as unsent.
Wrong active diver
Fix the active diver from the director console before accepting scores. Scores entered against the wrong diver are much harder to clean up later.
Spectator view mismatch
Spectator pages follow the live meet state. If they look stale, confirm the director state first, then reload the spectator page.
Jack summary
For live meet issues, pause advancement, verify active event and diver, confirm judge connections, check the latest submitted scores, and only then continue.
