Keep roster facts meet-ready
Names, graduation year, gender, and current-season membership are the fields most likely to affect meet setup.
Quick steps
- 1Open the Team page.
- 2Use Add Diver for one athlete or Import for a larger roster.
- 3Review first name, last name, graduation year, gender, date of birth, and email.
- 4Add or update headshots when available.
- 5Open team settings to manage logo, banner, name, mascot, and colors.
- 6Confirm the roster looks right before creating a meet.
CSV import pattern
Large teams should use a template CSV with stable column names. The import should map columns to athlete fields, preview the result, and avoid duplicate athletes.
Photos and branding
If a real logo or headshot is unavailable, RipScore should show polished initials rather than a broken image. Coaches can replace those assets later.
Jack summary
The team page is where coaches manage roster data, team branding, athlete details, headshots, seasons, and imports. Clean roster data makes meet setup and spectator pages much easier.
